Wendy Steele, Certified Professional Resume Writer and Career Coach, worked in Corporate America for 12 years before establishing BluePrint Executives. She has been consulting and coaching clients on reaching their career goals since 2005.
Honing her specialty in resume writing, branding and job search strategy, after several years, Wendy realized that thousands of clients were landing the jobs, however many were not staying in them for long before growing bored or dissatisfied. This inspired her to dig deeper and turn her consulting into coaching sessions and serve clients on a broader scale.

An initial career assessment and discovery …
To see where you are, what’s holding you back and what it is that you truly want. This is where we explore your passions, skills and goals.
Planning and Action…
Once you have a clear idea of what you would like to target, whether it’s a totally new career or a transition depending on your experience level (such as new grad with no experience, or professional with years of experience). We now explore what it will take to get there. Together, we will craft a customized plan with concrete steps to move you towards your dream career.
Job Search Strategy…
Whether it’s now or later when you finish getting a certification or degree, before you start your search, you need a solid resume and a LinkedIn profile, with your voice, showing your value. Once completed we’ll review all of the different tools and resources, while again customizing a job search plan for you. Includes traditional, tried and true methods along with some non-traditional ways of conducting your search that I’ve seen work for thousands of our clients.
Interview Coaching & Salary Negotiation…
This includes a mock interview with honest feedback and suggestions. You will receive a transcript of your coaching session as well. This can be done in one or two sessions until you feel confident.
Career Coaching Rates
Initial Assessment & Discovery Session: 2 Hours: $125/Hr. First Hour Must be Booked Prior to Your First Consultation, the second hour can be booked at the end of your session.
Sprinter One Month Plan: $500- Includes three 60 minute sessions, perfect if you are a career transitioner who is ready to get out there and just needs guidance on job search strategies. Need to add a resume and LinkedIn profile services? Click here to resume services.
Premium Plan: $1500- This is a 3-month plan that includes 60-minute sessions twice per month. Or, you may split the hours up according to your schedule. This is the Discovery, Planning and action portion of the program. Also included is your resume and cover letter, along with several handouts and guides to assist you along the way.
VIP Plan: $2500- This is the entire coaching program; Discovery, Planning & Action, Job Search Strategy, interviewing and Salary Negotiation. Includes 6 months with a two hour initial discovery session, and then one hour sessions for the next 4 months divided however you choose.
Also includes a new resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile or resume posting service. You may also add our recruiter pairing service as well. Ask for details.
Note: We offer two payment options: 100% or 50/50 (with the balance due in 2 weeks).
