Here are some key examples of the level of service we provide:
- We conduct an initial 15-minute consultation for each person before we take them on as a client.
- We DO NOT work with every client because, to be honest, we cannot help every client. We are very transparent about what we can and can’t do, or whether a client is a good fit or not.
- Once we decide to work together, we then conduct an in-person or telephone consultation. This usually lasts for 1 to 2 hours depending on whether it’s by phone or in-person.
- Career and job search consulting is included with in-person consultations, and also once you receive your final resume.
- We visit executives and corporations at their companies upon request. Sometimes it’s easier to do the consultations this way. Especially for the busy executive or large groups.
- You will never be told to fill out a questionnaire to create your resume. This is why we do the consultation. We have questionnaires for other services, but the resume is where we take a deep dive into understanding your career objectives. It’s the only way to do it right!
- ALL of our writers are Certified Professional Resume Writers. Some of us are authors.
- We DO NOT use templates. All resumes are customized and we put your voice on the resume.
- We take a considerable amount of time to craft our clients’ resumes. We don’t stop until we get it right. We also want to make sure you’re satisfied, therefore you don’t pay extra for revisions.
- Your resume is kept on file indefinitely, and you never pay the same rate again for an update.
- We network with executive recruiters every day, so we know what they’re looking for. In addition, we attend conferences and workshops to stay abreast of changes in the career industry. This helps us to help you!
